| Community Relations & Volunteer Program Director | Community Relations & Volunteer Program Director is responsible for coordinating all SCAA interaction with different organizations and recruiting and organizing volunteers to help with various projects and daily activities. |

Various Field Director Positions
(Baseball & Softball) | Field Directors are responsible for developing practice & game schedules, organizing field maintenance days, setting up make up games, coordinating umpires with the umpire liaison, entering game scores & pitch counts, general assistance with player/coach/parent issues. Each division has a Field Director who reports the either VP of Baseball or VP of Softball. |

Various Player Agent Positions
(Baseball & Softball) | Player Agents organize and run player evaluations and drafts, setup teams, and various other tasks preseason. They also assist the Field Director with field maintenance, organize All-Star tryouts, and other tasks as needed during the season. Each division has a Player Agent that reports to either VP of Baseball or VP of Softball. |
