SCAA Team Parent Information



Team Parent positions were put in place to assist coaching staff so that they are able to fully focus on the players and not be overwhelmed with other responsibilities. This position acts as the team's representative for communications, uniforms, picture day organization, fundraising and other league-related activities. This role can also encompass helping with snack schedules, dugout help and more.

Requirements: 
Anyone can apply to become a Team Parent. This position does require a good amount of organization, communication, league participation and the ability to work closely with your coaching staff.

As part of on-boarding, Team Parents are required to attend one of our meetings being held at the beginning at every season.

Meeting Schedule

TP Meetings for Fall 2023 Season
Thursday, 9/7  6:30-8:30pm
Friday, 9/8 from 6:30-8:30pm
Saturday, 9/9 from 7:30-9:30am

All Meetings are held in the SCAA Clubhouse Upstairs Conference Room.

Team Parents are required to attend only one (1) meeting.
