SHETLAND TEAMS
will again be manning their Concession Stand.

The Shetland Stand will be open weekdays
(Monday-Thursday) and Saturdays all season!

Minimum Staffing By The Assigned Team.
All must be Adults over 18 years old.

Main Stand- Minimum 8 adults

Softball Stand- Minimum 2-3 adults

Shetland Stand- Minimum 2-3 adults

Softball & Shetland Stand Staffers who have
the first shift of the day should report to the Main Stand before
their shift starts.

There is an intended 15 minute team overlap on
Saturdays to ease in the change-over of teams.

Softball and Shetland teams will have 1-2 duties in order
to cover all slots and because their duties only require 1/3 of a
team at a time.

Be aware that teams at the end of the schedule
may have duty even if their season is over, if other teams are
still playing, to include the play-offs, and concessions dates may
change due to the play-off schedule.

When you registered to play at SCAA, you
accepted that you will work concession duty if scheduled in the
registration form.

Children under 16 may help in the stand but do
not count towards staffing minimums.

Children under 16 may not handle money or
uncooked food or be anywhere near food being cooked on the grill
or in the microwaves.

Beginning this season all Concession Stands
are credit/debit card only. Only one window (facing
Field C7) at the Main Stand excepts cash.

Additional teams may be assigned if the season
goes on past Memorial Day
