PICTURE DAY IS COMING!
PhotoMagic will again be doing pictures for the Fall 2024 Season!
Below is the UPDATED scheduled picture dates and times. Please note that there are 2 picture dates so make sure you come on the correct date (Saturday, 9/14 or Saturday, 9/21). Listed below (by division with baseball first, followed by softball) please find your assigned picture date and time.
All pictures will be taken at SCAA in the grassy area between Fields C7 & C8 and the Tee Ball/Pinto Softball Quad. This is a league event and all teams will be photographed. TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS, please use the prepay code below. Please don't worry if you are unable to print out the prepay receipt. Just come with your confirmation code and fill out a yellow form at the PhotoMagic greeter desk. All orders need to be turned in to be processed.

All orders will be mailed in approximately 3-4 weeks to the address indicated on the form. Please make sure you fill in the form completely, making sure it is legible and include apartment numbers if applicable.
If you'd like to have your player bring their own bat or glove with them to be photographed, that's fine with us! Just make sure you keep track of it! We can't be responsible for lost equipment.
All players and coaches should be "picture ready" by your assigned picture time. WE WILL RUN ON TIME.
Please make sure your player is not chewing gum before heading back for photos.
When all players are ready, proceed as a team to the GOLD PhotoMagic feather flag. From there, a PhotoMagic representative will check over each form, making sure there is a team number indicated, and we will send your team (coaches, team parent, and players only) back for pictures.
If an individual player will not be available at the assigned picture date/ time, they may come for an individual makeup at any other time, any picture day, without an appointment. If a make up is done, they will, unfortunately, not be in the group photo.
