Raffle Turn-in and Prize Dispersal Process:
· Cash or Check is acceptable (Checks to be made out to SCAA)
· PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING PROCESS to make the tallying and collection process quicker:
o Remove ALL staples from the raffle stubs
o Fill out collection form with Team Division/Name and Name of Players with the books and $ amount sold
o Place all raffle stubs, all money, left over raffle tickets and collection form in ONE ziplock bag
o Write Team Division and Name on the ziplock bag as well as the collection form
· Raffles monies and tickets will be collected on:
o May 8 at 9am – 3pm at the food truck court
o May 10 at 6pm – 8pm at the food truck court
o Necklaces and Cinch Sacks will be given out upon raffle turn in
o Please use the collection form to record how many and what colors of necklaces and cinch sacks your players want
§ Color options are given until colors run out, then choices will be given from what is available
· Raffle Winners will be tallied and drawn by May 17
· Top Sellers and Winners will be contacted the week of May 17
· Prizes will be handed out on May 22 at 9am – 3pm at the food truck court
o Another (weekday) date to hand out prizes will be announced
