Update on Refunds

SCAA Members,
Now that the summer season is officially underway, our focus will now be on handling requested refunds. We are working through our payment company to start processing payments back to your credit cards. For those that paid by check or cash, we will be mailing checks to the address you provided in the request form. We hope to have all refunds processed by the end of the month at the latest. Once we have initiated your refund, you will receive a confirmation email. 

We appreciate your patience throughout this process. We hope that everyone has a safe summer!
