Concessions Schedule for Fall 2026 CONCESSIONS INFORMATION Shetland & Shetland Softball Teams will again be manning the Shetland Concession Stand. Concession Stands will be open weekdays (Monday-Thursday) and Saturday. Minimum Staffing by the assigned team are below. All must be adults over 18 years old. Main Stand- Minimum eight (8) adults Softball Stand- Minimum of 2-3 adults Shetland Stand- Minimum of 2-3 adults Softball & Shetland Stand Staffers who have the first shift of the day should report to the Main Stand at the SCAA Clubhouse before their shift starts. There is an intended 15 minute overlap on Saturdays to ease in the change-over of teams. Softball and Shetland Stand teams will have 1-2 duty days in order to cover all slots and because their staffing requirement is only less than 1/3 of a team at a time. Be aware that teams at the end of the schedule may have duty even if their season is over. If other teams are still playing, to include the End of Season Tournaments, concession dates may change due to the playoff schedule. Children under 18 may help in the stand but do NOT count towards staffing minimums. Children under 16 may not handle money or uncooked food or be anywhere around where food is being cooked on the grill or in the microwaves. Additional teams may be assigned if the season goes past the current dates in the schedule. When parents registered players to play at SCAA, they accepted that they will work concession duty if scheduled in the registration form. All teams are required to complete their concession duty.
