Concession Stands

Our Concession Stands provide a great fundraising opportunity for our league.

Profits directly help offset costs of equipment, field maintenance, and facility upgrades. 

Locations

To help serve the entire complex, there are three locations for Concessions:

  • The Main Clubhouse Concession Stand is our full-service concessions where all menu items are served.
  • Our smaller Softball Stand, located by the Fields C9-C12 and serves all menu items also.
  • Our Shetland Stand, located in the Shetland Pavilion, both offer snacks, drinks and limited menu items.
  • Kona Ice and from time to time various other Food Trucks also service SCAA, which normally are located in the grassy area between Fields C7 and C1.


 Staffing

We rely 100% on our teams and volunteers to help staff our concession stands. Each baseball and softball team parents/volunteers are required to participate in concessions duty throughout the season if scheduled. When you registered to play, every participant agreed to man concessions if your team is assigned. As we count on teams to keep the stands open and staffed, there are significant penalties if a team fails to perform their concession duty.

Concessions Is Major Source Of Funding For Projects & Fields at SCAA

While Registration Fees cover our Operating Expenses, fundraising and concessions revenue allow us to do capital improvement projects (new fields, fences, field lights, facility upgrades, Etc) and well as buying new equipment and  training gear.


With team volunteers manning the stands, we assure that every dime of profit from the concession stands gets put to good use here at SCAA!
