All Team Managers & Coach Eligibles at SCAA must complete an SCAA Background Check yearly in order to coach a team at SCAA.

A background checked individual must be present at all SCAA Team Events (practices, games, etc) for the event to take place.

SCAA uses the PONY-sanctioned background check provider JD Palentine, Inc (JDP).

All Team Managers & Coach Eligibles at the beginning of the season will get an email from JDP & the SCAA Safety Manager to their registered email listed on their SCAA Account as reported. 

All Coaches that receive an email for a background check are required complete it within 24-48 hours.

Emails should NOT be forwarded/shared as each link is person specific.
